Diba Industries is pleased to announce that with effect from October 5, 2009 Omnifit branded products will be transferred from Bio-Chem Fluidics, Inc. to its sister company in the Halma Group of companies, Diba Industries, Inc.

Omnifit's products, which include: fittings, bottle caps and chromatography columns complement Diba Industries ability to offer fluid handling products and solutions. This move also allows Bio-Chem Fluidics to concentrate on its core competency of manufacturing and supplying its Bio-Chem Valve branded Isolation valves, Pinch valves, Micro-pumps and Manifold assemblies.
